    Rooms where decent but customer service was bad. We requested blankets and they didn't bring them then we called them and they said they we see if they had any and they would call us back. They called us back and said we would have to pick them up at the office by the 7pm. We didn't make it that night so the next night we came up before 7pm and found the office closed. We headed over to the pool/workout area and found a cleaning lady that was nice and said she would see if she could call her Bose and see if she could get some blankets. She called and told us here Bose said that the office closed at 5PM and that we would have to come back at 8am. Now we will have to go another night being cold since the foldout bed only had a very thin blanket and a sheet and the heat wasn't working very well. The customer service is very bad here and will not come back.
